Dr. Emilio Duboy
Psychiatrist; Medical Director
Dr. Emilio Duboy has more than 25 years of experience in practicing psychiatry. He is Board Certified and has a special interest in addiction psychiatry. Dr. Duboy has extensive experience in treating co-occurring psychiatric disorders. He completed his psychiatric residency training at Cabrini Medical Center / New York Medical College in New York City. In addition, Dr. Duboy completed a fellowship with New York University at Bellevue Hospital. Dr. Duboy understands the disease model of alcoholism and addiction and treats all of his patients with dignity and respect. It is of paramount importance to Dr. Duboy that all clients have a positive experience and that begins with great medical care.
Marco More
Nurse Practitioner
Marco More is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in mental health and substance abuse treatment. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Jacksonville University, earned his Master of Science degree at Chamberlain University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of nursing practice at Chamberlain University. He holds a national board certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner. Mr. More has 10 years of experience working with Adults, adolescents, geriatrics, U.S. Veterans and LGBT population, in the management and treatment of mental/behavioral health, along with a holistic philosophy of treating the person as a whole and not just the addiction process.
Stacy Riordan

Stacy has worked in the Substance Abuse Field for over a decade. Stacy currently leads a team of Nurses working at The Haven Detox. As a nurse leader Stacy’s passion is transformation and leading strong teams of caring nursing staff focused on the patient’s well-being while always having the patient’s best interest as top priority. Stacy has a deep appreciation and commitment to working with substance abuse as well as mental health.
Michele Fyfe
Mental Health Counselor

Michelle Fyfe is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional, and Certified Recovery Residence Administrator. She has worked in the field of addictions and mental health since 1997. Michelle has held several position in private and Government sectors in which she was responsible for program development, management, admissions, utilization management, and supervision of clinical staff.

Michelle has brought a wealth of knowledge to The Recovery Team and is experienced in working with several populations to include: alcoholic/addicts, individuals with mental illness, adults, juvenile delinquents, adolescents, individuals with HIV/AIDS and military families. Michelle uses her training and life experiences to help her clients. She sees therapy and recovery as a journey of self discovery and self realization. Michelle is compassionate, empathic, and supportive in engaging clients and assisting them. Michelle truly cares and is passionate.

Kathy Maenza
Clinical Therapist

Kathy is a Clinical Therapist at The Haven Detox, with a broad range of experience in detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Her experience for the last 29 years has also included providing therapeutic services to patients suffering from substance abuse and dual diagnosis disorders. Kathy holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University’s school of Social Work. Kathy was named a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) by the Florida Certification Board and is recognized as a National Certified Addictions Counselor Level 11. No matter what group she serves, Kathy follows a non-judgmental approach, without regard for age, race, belief system or sexual orientation. Being solution-focused in her approach, Kathy believes in empowering clients to take control of their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world with her son.
Crystal Miller
Clinical Therapist

Crystal is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She received her Bachelors in psychology with a minor in sociology from Florida Atlantic University. She then went to the University of Florida where she completed a post bach program studying frontal lobe development and decision making across the lifespan. Crystal received her master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Crystal has also completed training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She has been working in the field of addiction for many years and understands the importance of working with people struggling from addiction as well as working with their families. Crystal understands the shame involved in the disease of addiction and the strength it takes to ask for help. As a therapist she utilizes an eclectic approach focused on meeting each individual’s needs. She understands the importance of compassion but also firm boundaries when working with people in early recovery. Crystal has learned not only from working in the field of recovery but from own life experiences, which has led to a passion for helping others.
Michael Lella

Michael Lella earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida, then his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida Atlantic University as a member of Phi Alpha Honor Society. Mr. Lella is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), completed the Certificate Program in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, passed the Association of Social Work Boards, and on track to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2019. He is being trained to use evidence-based approaches for clients struggling with addiction, trauma, eating disorders, self-harm, depression, and anxiety, while offering the 12-step method as an integrated approach when appropriate. Improving how people feel about themselves is his primary focus by providing unconditional, positive support.
Cassandra Sierra
Chief Clinical Officer

Cassandra was the Founder/Chief Clinical Officer of Wellington Counseling and Associates, and New Options of Royal Palm Beach, Inc. which opened its doors in August 2005. WCA rebranded to Elevations Health, LLC., in 2016. Elevations Health was located in Wellington, FL, Coral Springs, FL, and Austin, TX. Cassandra sold Elevations Health in February 2018. Effective October 2018, she became the Director of Mental Health Services of the Recovery Team Behavioral Health in Palm Beach County. RTBH provides primary mental health services to persons affected with mental health illness. Our goal is to re-integrate our patients back into society and provide them with coping mechanism to manage their disability. Cassandra also provides training classes and CEU’s for mental health and substance abuse professionals. She works with many agencies in Palm Beach County as a consultant and corporate trainer. In addition, as a Life and Business Coach/Consultant, she has assisted many entrepreneurs to established and manage new business ventures in substance abuse treatment industry in Florida and in several states around the country.

Cassandra Sierra was employed by the Palm Beach County Health Department for 19 years. She served as the Staff Development and Training Manager and provided training for over 1,100 employees. She trained clerks, paraprofessionals, nurses, doctors, managers and senior management. She facilitated various training programs, (e.g. Executive Leadership Customer Service, Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Cultural Competency). Her work included consulting, designing, coaching, coordinating, facilitating, monitoring and evaluating behavior modification and competency base training programs.

Cassandra is also a Certified Addiction Professional, International Certified Addiction Counselor, Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist and a Certified Domestic Violence Facilitator and Assessor and Business and Life Coach. Cassandra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies and a double Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Administration from Barry University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College in Tampa, FL. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She served on the Domestic Violence Council of Palm Beach County and served on the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board for two years. She is the co-founder of the Miracles Club, Inc., which opened its doors in 2001. The clubhouse serves the recovery community by providing 12 step recovery meetings and other community education programs to alcoholics, addicts and their family members.

She is married with two children, grandchildren and one great grandchild. Cassandra is committed to health and safety of the citizens of Florida and across the United States.

Lucy Weiss
Chief Operating Officer

Lucy Weiss comes to The Haven Detox as an experienced professional with comprehensive skills in facility compliance for licensing and accreditation, operational management, strategic planning and implementation. Lucy’s philosophy is that as long as the client remains the priority the organization will always strive. She leads with Ethics and Rights as her primary focus and has been instrumental in growth of each agency she has worked with. Lucy has worked in the substance abuse industry for over a decade in various capacities such as Human Resource Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer to a 300+ bed facility. Lucy relocated to Florida in 2003 and has been an active member of the Drug Advisory Council in Palm Beach County. Lucy worked with the Department of Children and Families as a peer support specialist with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Division. Lucy was an advocate for consumer’s who were receiving services in Palm Beach County. Lucy was the co-founder of the Miracles Club which is a not for profit community center that hosts 12 step meetings as well as outreach services to the community. She is very pleased that she has joined The Haven Detox where she can continue to preserve and improve their mission which perfectly aligns with her philosophy.
Scott George
Facility Manager
Scott George is the Facility Manager and Safety officer for The Haven Detox. He was an All-star baseball player for Seminole Ridge High school where he was the starting pitcher for the team. Unfortunately, in 2005 he was in a car accident and suffered a career ending shoulder injury. Which lead him down a dark path of depression and drug abuse. In 2015, he turned his life around for the better. He decided to do this because he was sick and tired of the destruction he was causing to himself and his loved ones. After seeking treatment and taking suggestions, he now has been sober since. Scott uses his past to connect to the clients who are experiencing similar struggles and encourages all Haven employees to share the same level of compassion. While working at The Haven, he is also pursuing his Bachelor’s degree at Palm Beach State College, majoring in Project management. He plans to utilize his advanced degree to continue his growth within the Executive Management Team at The Haven Detox. His career goal is to be The Chief Operating Officer.

Mike O'Sullivan
Chief Marketing Officer

Michael O’Sullivan is chief marketing officer for Haven Healthcare Group. Michael leads the efforts on national brand management, digital user experience and behavioral health system navigation, to ensure all marketing communications are executed in conjunction with HHCG brand ideology-to provide the highest quality of care to all patients. As part of Haven Healthcare Group client-centric focus, Michael is responsible for identifying industry trends and providing direction for key opportunities for HHCG to share their vision for a better behavioral healthcare landscape.

Prior to Haven Healthcare Group, Michael held several director positions with successful behavioral healthcare companies, sat on the advisory board of a series B healthcare tech start-up out of Boston and co-founded a sealthmode tech start-up out of Los Angeles California.

Substance Use and Mental Health rehabilitation holds a special place in Michaels heart and he has made it his life’s mission to help individuals and families affected to connect with quality care.

Michael studied Psychology at Bridgewater State University. He is a Husband and Father and resides with his family in Boston MA.

Ralph Johnson
Director of Marketing
Ralph Johnson the director of marketing of the Haven is a native of Blackwood New Jersey. Ralph relocated to Florida in 2006 in pursuit of his own personal recovery. Ralph has been working in the substance abuse industry for nearly a decade. Ralph has a passion for helping those that are seeking recovery. Ralph has been instrumental in assisting many afflicted by addiction as well as working closely with their families. Ralph is a valued member of the Haven Family
