Patients travel to South Florida from across the Sunshine State — including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Port St. Lucie, Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville — as well as the broader Southeast region. Transportation is provided for patients arriving from within a few hours of West Palm Beach, including pickup from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), or Miami International Airport (MIA).
The center holds three active licenses from the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and accepts patients traveling from other states under interstate insurance arrangements.

The Haven Detox Florida is located in West Palm Beach, right on North Haverhill Road between Okeechobee Boulevard and Community Drive. The AHCA license under Chapter 394 of the Florida Statutes governs mental health services. The Florida DCF license governs substance use disorder services under Chapter 397 and Rule 65D-30, including inpatient detoxification, residential Level 1 treatment, and intensive inpatient treatment levels of care.
