Treatment Programs
Treatment that goes deeper than surface-level symptoms.
Some things need to be talked through. Others are better addressed medically, physically, or in holistic ways. Each program gives you different ways to work through patterns, trauma, behaviors, and biological factors that keep causing problems.
If everyday life feels hard to manage, residential mental health treatment gives you the intensive support to feel better. It includes structured therapy, psychiatric care, 24/7 peer support, and medication management guided by GeneSight® testing, which may explain why certain medications may not have worked well for you in the past.
If stopping alcohol or drugs causes you withdrawal, medical detox helps get you through it as safely and comfortably as possible. Medical teams monitor symptoms, provide comfort medications or AcuDetox when appropriate, and respond quickly if complications arise. Therapists and peers support the mental battle 24/7. It’s nothing like doing it on your own.
If relapse haunts you, residential treatment gives you the time, structure, and distance to work on what keeps pulling you back. Therapy focuses on cravings, triggers, trauma, mental health, relationships, and daily habits, while holistic options, anti-craving medications, and 24/7 peer support help you practice healthier ways to handle life without drugs or alcohol.
All programs include evidence-based and holistic modalities:
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Alumni Peer Coaching Program
- Family Program
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Experiential Therapy
- Trauma-Focused Therapies
- Psycho-Educational Therapy
- Yoga & Meditation Therapy
- Art Therapy
- Music Therapy
- Acupuncture Therapy
Along with innovative tools not available at other treatment centers like:
A simple cheek swab can show how your genes affect certain psychiatric medications, helping take guesswork out of finding the right one.
Through guided eye movements, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) helps the brain reprocess painful memories, reducing their emotional impact and distress to finally heal from past trauma.
AcuDetox
Certified by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA), AcuDetox is a calming, painless acupuncture protocol focused on the ear to reduce stress, restlessness, anxiety, and cravings during early treatment.
Insurance covers your treatment.
Most insurance plans include coverage for mental health and addiction treatment, making any cost to you as little as $0. Call to get your questions answered immediately with no commitment to get treatment here.
